These terms apply when you create an InviteFox account or use the service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use InviteFox.
1. Your account
You need an account to create events. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into InviteFox: event details, text, questions, uploaded images and invitation designs. You grant us the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to run the service — for example, publishing your event page so guests can see it.
You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, including photographs and artwork. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
3. Guest data and your responsibilities as an organiser
When guests reply to your event, you decide what to ask them and you control the resulting data. You agree to ask only for information you genuinely need, to use guest replies only for the event they were given for, and to comply with the privacy laws that apply to you. We process that data on your behalf, as described in the privacy policy.
4. AI-generated drafts and designs
InviteFox can generate event drafts and invitation artwork from what you describe. Generated output is a starting point: review it before publishing or printing. Generated text and images may be imperfect or inaccurate, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different users, so we cannot promise any generated output is unique.
5. Plans, billing and credits
Current plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you chose until you cancel. Monthly design and export allowances reset with each billing period and do not carry over. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
If we change prices, we will give notice to existing subscribers before the change applies to their renewal.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use InviteFox to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or collect contact details for unrelated marketing.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Attempt to access other users' events, responses or accounts.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or place an unreasonable load on it.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these rules, and we will try to tell you why when we do.
7. Availability
We work to keep InviteFox available and your data intact, but the service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Features may change, and planned or unplanned interruptions can happen. For anything time-critical, keep your own copy — the responses page can export your guest list as a spreadsheet at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, InviteFox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using InviteFox and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where we must for legal reasons.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will update the date above and notify account holders where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
